With nearly three decades across Oracle, IBM, PwC, Novell, and Aptech — and as co-founder of Rayenna Energy — I've helped organizations navigate the most pivotal shifts in enterprise IT. Today at PwC, I'm building India's dedicated Oracle Cloud Infrastructure practice — leading end-to-end OCI services across BFSI, Manufacturing, and Healthcare, backed by PwC's highest-tier Oracle global partnership and a rare blend of hyperscaler sales depth with Big 4 advisory rigour.

At Oracle, I spearheaded Cloud Infrastructure sales across South India for enterprise and mid-market segments — leading teams through the full customer lifecycle on IaaS and PaaS through April 2026. Before that, I scaled India's Commercial and Digital Native OCI business nearly 10×, earning President's Club honours. My core strength lies in aligning business strategy with technology outcomes: mission-critical cloud migrations, disciplined FinOps, and sustainable innovation.

As co-founder and director of Rayenna Energy, I built the commercial engine and technology stack from zero — sales strategy, GTM, incentive design, a custom CRM, an automated Proposal Engine, an AI-powered Analytics Command Centre, and Ray, a Claude-based sales advisor engaging prospects 24/7 in English and Malayalam. That dual lens — enterprise sales leader and hands-on builder — shapes how I advise clients today.

Previously, as part of IBM Watson Customer Engagement's APAC Leadership Team, I spearheaded Commercial Segment Sales across Australia, ASEAN, Korea, and India/South Asia — partnering with top-tier sales, consulting, and technical teams to advance AI-driven customer engagement.

Across software, hardware, and cloud (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS), I've led high-performing teams in large account management, sales operations, and territory management.

As Honorary Independent Director at Rayenna Energy, I led the company's early-stage foundation across business planning, sales organisation design, HR frameworks, and product positioning — while simultaneously architecting and delivering its entire technology ecosystem from the ground up.

The centrepiece is an enterprise-grade internal business platform — a purpose-built operating system for a solar EPC company — featuring a fully customised CRM covering the end-to-end customer lifecycle, an automated proposal engine, and an AI-powered Analytics Command Centre delivering real-time business intelligence across sales, operations, and finance.

On the customer-facing side, I conceived and delivered rayennaenergy.com — a conversion-optimised, mobile-first corporate website built on Astro — complete with an interactive Solar Calculator and a content-rich knowledge hub.
